Hello and welcome to my online studio! I’m a self-taught artist living in Corpus Christi, Texas. I grew up with a deep appreciation for art, architecture, interior design, history and all things beautiful. I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Museum Studies and a minor in History, which has enriched my understanding of art from creation to exhibition.

I discovered my love for painting when my daughters left for college, and I had some time on my hands and creative visions in my head. My artwork reflects the beauty around me… the countless colors of nature, the delicate beauty of flowers, and the ever-changing water and sky just outside my back door. I explore with a variety of mediums – some successfully, some not - including acrylics, watercolors, oils, pastels, clay, and photography.

As I navigate my artistic path, I challenge myself to try new techniques and styles.Drawing inspiration from the talent and imagination of artists both past and present, my passion drives me to pour my heart into each piece. I carefully select the perfect papers, paints, and special finishing touches to complete each piece. Above all, my wish is for my art to make people smile and bring a sense of happiness and peace to their homes.
